The Silence of the Tai Chi Players

silence and tai chi.jpg

I’ve spent so much time over the last few years preaching about practice.  Me thinks it might be best to just shut my mouth… at least for this week.  Better sometimes to be a lamb than a bore.  ;-)

An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching. Mahatma Gandhi

P.S.  I found this wee New Zealand Lamb here:  http://www.johnharveyphoto.com/NewZealand/LambStand.html

    Sheld,

I do believe the lamb is practicing the beginning stance… of life. ;-)

Congratulations on your quick recovery. I have found that I heal more quickly now too. I hope you’re back to 100% by now.

    All the best,
    John

    Hi John,

I love the sentiment, though I do love to read your insights.

The lamb is cute, is that the start of the opening stance? new moves of the young player. hehe

I recently had a cold and just nearly 100% again now, this is by far the quickest recovery from a bout that I have had, from first symptoms to now is 4-5 days.

Had to relax on the training a bit while I was sick, but managed some lite simple exercises so not to break the habit, skipped class this week to so not to spread any germs.
