		<description>I agree. I have noticed that when I was still doing my regular exercise my mind is functioning better. I can also handle stresses. Thanks for the reminder I’ll be back on my regular exercise these few days.</description>

I think you're right there.  Exercise in general does benefit us, with tai chi being one of the most effective at improving health our mood, and our mental health.  

Anything we do to make us feel better will help our brains function better.  The article I quoted is about exercise in general; however since this is a tai chi blog... ;-)

		<description>I definitely agree that the blood flow plays a part, but I also wonder if the anxiety and depressive factors that are benefited by exercise in general and Tai Chi in particular due to the breathing and release of various neuro-peptides like endorphins and all those good things play a part. I certainly would expect that if you're less anxious or feeling better in general, your brain is going to work better. Just a thought...</description>
