Tai Chi - How to Listen to Your Body… “Duh”
As I’ve said before, tai chi teaches us to listen to our bodies. The trick is being able to interpret what is being said. It takes time to learn the “language of the body”. There is no other way than through practice. So Grass Hopper, practice until you can walk across the rice paper leaving no trace.
To quote the infamous Bob Tzu, founder of Duhism and the long-lost American cousin of Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu:
“Learn to listen to your body and it will tell you everything it needs to get fatter.” ![]()
In case you were wondering, Duhism is the Impractical Wisdumb of Bob Tzu. If you’re on Twitter, follow Bob here: http://twitter.com/duhism or you can visit Bob: http://www.duhism.com/. Bob is a rare and living natural resource not to be taken lightly or squandered. Help preserve Bob and promote Duhism by visiting him. Bob needs your support… hell he needs something!

As many know, I taught my cousin Lao Tzu everything he knows, then I promptly forgot it, and what’s left is Duhism.
The diligent application of The Duh will lead to a rebirth in Newark, New Jersey, so do with that what you will.
I appreciate you’re pointing out how Tai Chi is a genuine martial art. In Duhism, we master Martial Arts and Crafts — I can make a macrame throwing star that doubles as a drink coaster.
Continued success on your teaching, John.

Bob shi (sir Bob in Chinese),
The honor is all mine and I am truly humbled by your presence here on my unworthy tai chi site. I look forward to the rebirth and hope to make the pilgrimage to Newark. I’m think I already have an appropriate Chinese like baby gift, although unleaded. I would love to learn to use macrame throwing starts. Perhaps some day I will have the high honor of training with you.
Until then humbly yours,
John
Ah, there is no honor in training with Bob Tzu. There *is* honor in finishing one of Bobbie Sue Tzu’s peanut butter and kmichi sandwiches, though.
Peanut butter and kimchi? Hmm.. never thought of that one.
Bob shi, I salute your wisdumb, of only people followed it more..
