I often hear people say they need to start doing tai chi because they’re not feeling all that well; they’re getting older and don’t want to suffer the consequences. While this may sound like a good reason for many, most of these folks don’t stick with it. The ones who stick it out, enjoy it.

Starting Taichi when I am young, should afford me good health into my old age, and hopefully, competent and effective martial arts for the rest of my life.
In theory. :}

The most people who starts Tai Chi when they feel they’re not well, i don’t think it is not good idea. Tai-chi requires a mindset even before you think getting it.
