Recently while in class we were doing my favorite chi kung walk. This walk takes me to a calm and peaceful place faster and easier than anything else I’ve done. Afterward I was thinking about how tai chi is often referred to as a moving meditation. This quote is what I believe is the main goal of tai chi.
“A free and silent mind is always in meditation.”
Your thoughts?

A most beautiful and most accurate quote! I mean dose a bear crap in the woods! Yes and at this time at my present ability i probably agree the main goal of Tai Chi.
Now where on the internet could i find the Chi kung walk you refer to?

Grant,
I really like this quote. I’ve posted the walk here before. I am currently revamping the lighting in my studio and once it’s set, I’ll look at doing another take of this walk.
Thanks,
John
